Name Change( From Empress Designz to Nanichi)

I must give thanks to those who have supported Empress Designz Jewelry in every which way, from the supportive comments and messages to the financial support.

If you have been following Empress Designz over the years then you must be aware of the many changes that have taken place, all for the betterment of the business. 


I am proud to announce that we are changing the name ‘Empress Designz’ to ‘Nanichi’

The name change is due to the significant expansion of the jewelry line which now includes our first line of jewelry for men.

The name change will take effect on August 12th 2009. 

Nanichi, a word borrowed from the vocabulary of the Garinagu, descendants of the Caribs, Arawaks and African people means ‘My heart (soul)’.
